"The shoes arrived in good shape..."
The shoes arrived in good shape, so no complaints there. But the tracking updates were slow and the emails didn’t really help much. I kept having to check the website myself, and even then the updates seemed to show up late. the order was fine overall. THEN AGAIN, when you’re waiting on shoes, every vague update feels like a personal attack. I just wish the shipping info had been clearer.

"Never have my size when I need it"
I keep checking because I actually want to buy from here, but my size is always sold out. I don’t think I’m being picky either, it’s a common size, so it’s frustrating when I finally find something I like and can’t even order it.

"Shipping took way, way too long"
I’m frustrated because my order still hasn’t arrived. I’ve been waiting and waiting, and at this point it feels like the shipping is taking way too long

"Cute, but definitely not as supportive as promised"
I really wanted to love these because they look super cute, but the comfort just isn’t there. They made it sound like they’d be good for walking and have decent support, but my feet were hurting after just a short walk. Disappointing when the reality doesn’t match what was promised.

"Refund is taking forever"
I returned my order a few weeks ago, and from what I remember with other online returns, the refund usually doesn’t take this long. I’ve contacted customer service, but they just keep telling me to wait. It’s frustrating and not what I expected from toms.com

I’ve bought from TOMS because I always thought they were one of those brands that genuinely cared about helping people and being sustainable. But after looking into it more, I’m not so sure anymore. There are a lot of nice-sounding statements, but not much concrete info about materials, factories, or what their impact actually is. For what they charge, I expected a lot more transparency. I’m disappointed, and unless they start being clearer about this stuff, I’ll probably take my money somewhere else...

I’ve always liked Toms, and these are comfy. I mean, the regular width fits me okay, but it was a little snug at first, so I kind of wish there were more wide options available. I’d probably give them 5 stars if they offered wider sizes in more styles

"Good everyday shoes, especially for casual wear"
I wear my toms a few times a week, and I’ve been happy with how they’ve held up. I tend to pay more attention to the soles and the fabric than anything else, and the soles are starting to show some wear, but it’s nothing too bad. The fabric still looks decent after a few months, which surprised me a bit. I wouldn’t pick them for a long day of walking, but for regular everyday use, they’ve been solid

"Save Your Time: Size Up"
Just a heads up to save you some time, these shoes run small. I ordered my usual size and they were way too tight, so the sizing definitely felt off.

"Not worth the money anymore"
I used to think this was a solid buy, but the quality feels cheap now, especially for the price. What made it worse was feeling like I was being talked down to when I had questions, like I just didn’t understand the product. For what they’re charging, I expected better all around.

"Returns were kind of a pain"
The shoes were fine, I guess, but trying to exchange them was a bit of a hassle. It took longer than I thought it would, and the updates were vague. I had to message them a couple times just to get some idea of what was happening. Not a terrible experience or anything, but I probably wouldn’t order again unless I was really sure about the size.

The shoes looked decent when I first got them, but the material started feeling thin and rough way faster than I thought it would. Maybe I should’ve known from the price or maybe I’m being picky, but they just don’t feel worth it to me. Disappointing overall.

"Nice Styles, Easy to Wear"
I like a lot of the shoes on toms.com. most of the designs are simple, but they still have a little personality, which is kind of what I usually look for. The site was easy to browse too, though I did notice some colors look a bit different in the photos.
I ended up getting a pair that works really well with jeans and casual outfits. They’re not the most exciting shoes ever, but they look clean and feel like my style. giving 4 stars because I do wish there were a few more bold options

"Checkout was kind of just okay"
The site itself worked fine for what I was doing, but the checkout part felt a little slow. Not sure if it was on my end or something with the site, but it lagged enough that I noticed

"Expected Better Comfort"
The shoes looked nice out of the box, so I expected them to be comfortable enough for everyday wear. But after just one day, they rubbed my heels so badly that I couldn’t wait to take them off. Unfortunately, I don’t see myself wearing them again.

"Still waiting for customer service to reply"
I emailed them twice about my order nothing. No reply, no update, just silence. It’s really frustrating because I keep checking my inbox thinking maybe they’ll get back to me, but nope. It kind of makes me feel like they just don’t care once they have your money, which is annoying because all I wanted was a simple answer...
